I’m having a technical issue, who do I call?

The first thing to do is take a screenshot of the issue - this will make it a lot easier for our technical team to identify the problem and get you back on track. Then find Support in the footer of the site and get in touch with us to explain where you got stuck or encountered a problem. It doesn’t have to be more than a line or two, but it could make all the difference, and hopefully prevent the same problem happening again for other users. When you raise a ticket you’ll be able to attached the screenshot.
